1️⃣ General Information​

These terms govern the business relationship between Driving School OnRoad and its Clients. By registering for a course or driving lesson, participants accept these conditions.

2️⃣ Registration & Payment​

✅ Registration can be done online, by phone, or in writing.​
✅ Course and lesson fees must be paid in full before or on the course start date.​
✅ Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or cash.

3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy​

📅 Motorbike Courses​

✅ Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start.
✅ 50% of the price is charged if cancelled later.
✅ The participant must be able to ride independently and arrive at the starting point of the mandatory course. If this is not the case, for safety reasons, I reserve the right to send you home and charge up to 50% of the course fee. (similarly to other schools)​

🚗 Driving Lessons​

✅ 50% of the total cost is charged for cancellations less than 24 hours before the lesson (Sunday not included).​

🔄 Rescheduling​

✅ If a participant cannot attend due to proven illness or an accident, reschedule is possible free of charge.​

💰 Money-Back Guarantee​

✅ If not satisfied, you can request a refund within 3 working days.​
✅ Applies to one course part or one driving lesson.​
✅ Let me know during the course so I can adjust accordingly.

4️⃣ Weather & Safety​

🚦 Courses take place in a safe wather conditions.​
❄️ If temperatures drop below 5°C, or in case of heavy rain, hail, or ice, part of the course might be rescheduled.​
📅 New date will be offered.

5️⃣ Participant Obligations​

🪪 A valid learner’s permit must be carried during all lessons and courses.​
📢 Participants must follow the instructor’s instructions to ensure safety and efficient learning.

6️⃣ Liability & Insurance​

🚧 The driving school is not liable for accidents or damages caused by reckless driving or ignoring instructions.​
⚠️ Participation in driving lessons and courses is at the participant’s own risk.​
💸 If a participant damages a training vehicle due to gross negligence or improper handling, they may be held liable for repair costs (deductible: 1000 CHF).

7️⃣ Data Protection & Media Use​

🔒 Personal data will be used exclusively by Driving School OnRoad in order to complete administrative obligations and will not be shared with third parties.​
📸 Photos or videos taken during courses may be used for training or promotional purposes (opt-out anytime) only upon participants approval

8️⃣ Special Offers & Discounts​

💰 Prepayment discount is only available upon the full prepayment.​
🏍️ Money-back on vehicle purchase:​
✔️ Valid only at Hostettler Zürich Süd.​
✔️ Refund of 150 CHF rental cost if you buy a vehicle within 3 months after the course.​

📜 Course Validity​
✔️ The A1 & A 35kW preparation course does not expire.​
✔️ You can use it later when upgrading your license.​
